Responsible for working with Business Owners, Project Managers and other stakeholders to understand strategic business objectives, helping to shape and support the delivery of business solutions across the organisation, business processes and IT.
- Lead analyst in the implementation of the Revenue Protection programme including shaping of the delivery roadmap, ensuring particular business benefits such as Credit Class management and Customer Intelligence were realised early. Managing requirements through the delivery lifecycle, resource estimation, managing conflicts with key stakeholders and taking ownership of the IT delivery function.
- Managed the end-to-end customer service work package for the award winning Virgin Mobile website including: scope management, developing business processes, wire-frame reviews and UAT co-ordination for sales and self service. Project increased pre pay sales by 72% over 12 months, became Virgin mobile's premier outlet for contract sales and Paid for itself within 4 months.
- Key member of a team in the specification and procurement of a data-mining solution for the CRM team that enabled the company to use propensity modelling to determine future customer behaviour and implement interventions to change.
- Produced various cross-business concept assessments including scope definition, resource estimation and delivery definition.
